Step 3: Fees should be paid as stated in your offer letter by one of the listed methods below.

Please ensure to have all documents scanned and saved digitally.
Step 4: To finalise your acceptance click this Online Acceptance Link.
Log in with the same username and password previously used in the application process.
Read the conditions of your offer fully and click on ‘Accept Offer‘.
- Upload your signed student agreement.
- Upload your signed acceptance of offer.
- Upload your proof of payment/sponsorship letter.

We accept the following methods of payment for RCSI Health Insurance Scheme.
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (To be deposited in a Standard Chartered bank branch only)
- Others (BenefitPay Application & SADAD Kiosks)

For bank transfers and deposits, kindly mention your ID number as the reference and forward a copy/screenshot of the deposit/transfer slip via email to :
Fawri and Benefit pay Application:
Please scan to the QR code. Once payment is completed, kindly mention the mobile number of the account holder on the email to the Admissions Office with the transfer copy.
SADAD:
Please visit any SADAD kiosk.
Select Education –> RCSI –> RCSI new student –> Tuition Fees and make payment.
- TransferMate – Payment gateway:
Select Other Fees > Medical Insurance Fees and make payment.
This third-party payment provider ensures:
- Payment is made in your local currency
- You receive confirmation of payment and a receipt within 48 hours as proof of payment received.
- It is secure
- Refunds can be processed faster
Transfers without details might remain unidentified which may delay issuance of Insurance card.
Once the Fees office has verified your payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you have made a payment and you have not received a confirmation email/receipt from the Fees Office, please forward us the transfer receipt/deposit slip copy and we will follow up accordingly.
