Step 2: Download and sign the acceptance of offer: acceptance of offer.​

Step 3: Fees should be paid as stated in your offer letter by one of the listed methods below.

Please ensure to have all documents scanned and saved digitally.

Step 4: To finalise your acceptance click this online acceptance link.

Log in with the same username and password previously used in the application process. 

Read the conditions of your offer fully and click on ‘Accept Offer‘.

  • ​Upload your signed student agreement.
  • Upload your signed acceptance of offer.
  • Upload your proof of payment/sponsorship letter.

You will need to read the document thoroughly along with all related policies.

We accept the following methods of payment for tuition fees.

2.   Cash (To be deposited in a Standard Chartered bank branch only) 

3.   Others (BenefitPay Application & SADAD Kiosks) 

4.   Third Party service provider – TransferMate – Payment gateway

2.  Other Methods of payment 

  • Fawri and Benefit pay Application: 

Please scan to the QR code. Once payment is completed, kindly mention the mobile number of the account holder on the email to the Admissions Office with the transfer copy.   

  • SADAD: 

Please visit any SADAD kiosk. 
Select Education –> RCSI –> RCSI new student –> Tuition Fees and make payment. 

3. TransferMate – Payment gateway: 

https://rcsibahrain.transfermateeducation.com

Select Tuition Fees > Input RCSI Bahrain application ID number in the student message field and make payment. 

      This third-party payment provider ensures: 

  • Payment is made in your local currency 
  • You receive confirmation of payment and a receipt within 48 hours as proof of payment received. 
  • It is secure 

Upon completing all the above steps, you will receive confirmation from the Admissions Office in due course.
